Seated Parkinson’s Exercises by DopaFit

These two exercises can help people with Parkinson’s disease have better posture. Better posture equals better balance which will lead to less falls. Both exercises are done seated but can be made harder by raising the intensity at which they are done. Make sure to always consult with a physician before exercising on your own and if something starts to hurt do not push through the pain.
